Six foot long, 14/3 HSW NEMA type rated cord included with all 120, 208, and 240V models (120v and 240v models include plug) and all cord models can be field converted for direct wiring applications. Both connection types are UL/C-UL approved. There are three different types of mounting options: wall mount, ceiling mount, chain mount. Chain mount is supplied with two 2' ft long mounting chains and four s-hooks included.
